| Abstract: | Commercial item pricing is viewed as a way to reduce costs to the Government. This has not been meaningfully assessed in relation to “of a type” commercial items where there is not a competitive commercial marketplace to shape prices. This research and panel would assess whether this type of part pricing is creating savings. |
